Simple Syrup
You can buy this at the store but it's really simple to make – and much cheaper too!
Ingredients
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 2 cups Water
Instructions
- Add equal parts sugar and water to a pot and bring to a boil until sugar melts and the liquid is clear.
- Remove from heat and let cool – store in a glass jar in the refrigerator until needed
