I generally make this for my prime rib as a dipping sauce, but it’s good as a spread in place of (or even with) a spicy mustard.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 1 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1-2 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt/Pepper To taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cover and let rest in the refrigerator until ready to use
